Too broad a product, executive leadership doesn’t know where to focus. Currently there is zero sales leadership: VP of Sales left, both Lehi managers stepped down to individual contributor roles. The manager in San Fran just quit, went back to our competitor Verkada. Now hiring!

Recently changed comp structure - where you only get 50% of your actual earned commission until you reach about half of your quota.
