Current Employee Overall experience has been negative. Management runs full speed in one direction then full speed the other without rhyme or reason.
Micromanagement has grown to be unbearable, with monthly, weekly, and daily reports to Management to prove our activity.
Goal posts are ever changing. Expectations are ever changing. Management will straight up lie to you as a form of encouragement or intimidation, depends on the day.
Complete lack of support for reps on the back end. They will take your entire commission if companies cancel within the first year. Happens a lot, despite what they say.
They do not pay for miles driven using your own car to meetings.
Upper Management will do everything it can to take money out of your pocket and anyone else's to further its own goals.
Run far far away.
