SpotHopper has amazing training and is a great starting point for anyone newer to sales. The team is really energetic and motivating. The job is field work, so you're out meeting with restaurant owners in person and closing deals (most of the time) on the spot. Some markets can be tougher than others and some are saturated with other competitive vendors, making it tough to close deals, but it's a fun place to work and they have a very motivating career ladder.

My experience was very poor! Pay is competitive but it is a very toxic environment. Leadership are not real leaders. They are 26 year old puppets doing the CEO’s bidding.
