It you are the top of the charts you’re golden. But if you aren’t you will have a hard time. There is zero work life balance. They don’t care about people and are a turn and burn company. They do not honor the pay they promise and try to find ways to cheat you out of your money. They have an ongoing class action against them for pay issues. Settled a giant class action from their last company and were banned from an entire industry in 2001. The owners are not good people.

As a champion of culture, working for this organization decreased my mental health and that of some of my colleagues. Tons of pressure is placed on you daily, in such a manner that you are afraid to even take a day off if you're sick or need it.
