Solid product, inside sales team is built up of great employees and kind, intelligent leaders. However, there is no semblance of actual leadership or authority from any management position and even less strategy. Management is winging it at the cost of AE’s. Resources stripped and is now a glorified call center when the win rate on cold calling into a restaurant is < 1%

A great leadership team, culture, and product. Heavy prospecting, but rewarding work and opportunity to earn a trailing residual in some cases. Great product that works for a variety of bars, restaurants, and coffee shops. A strong CS team to support buyer and seller confidence.
