Sprinklr has a great product but had a lot of back and forth in it’s product strategy. First Social, then Marketing, then CcaaS and now I heard back to Marketing. Look at the stocks which were really disappointing. In addition leadership can vary a lot depending which market you work in. Some region can have difficult culture and environments. However if you are lucky you can make a lot of money being an enterprise platform and deal sizes can go into the millions.

Fun product, creative sale. Geo alignment = necessary, short term pain. I cannot stress enough the change that is needed at the VP level-Guys who joined from the same company Ansys. They “lead” by bullying, public shaming & throwing people under the bus. They created a horrible culture & need to go
