Small accounts are being reassigned to centralized departments within the business which caused account executives to lose business. Reps are being thrusted in manager roles with no ability to provide value to the sales process. Sadly the company culture has shifted quite a bit.

As account sizes grow to meet and exceed quotas so does the workload. The compensation is not worth the work/time/effort put in.
