Things are changing rapidly here. Account executives are being abruptly let go. Small accounts are being reassigned to centralized departments within the business which caused account executives to lose business. Reps are being thrusted in manager roles with no ability to provide value to the sales process. Sadly the company culture has shifted quite a bit.

The company is actively trying to "do more with less" in a way that is going to burn out reps. They recently rolled out a job architecture classification for revenue, reps with multiple years of experience are getting classified as the most junior role due to an unspoken weighting of new business attainment which has not been well supported by the organization....Read More
