Leadership won't admit that the new structure is to keep more money to themselves, can never answer concerns. transparency and feedback is a one way street here. Avoid

Current Employee4.3Aug 15, 2025My overall experience was fine. There are some great people at StackAdapt and there can be solid opportunity, however, your experience will depend heavily on the manager you end up with. Additionally the quarterly quota setting process can lack transparency at times.
