Have been through several organizational restructures with this company and pay/earning potential has declined with each. As account sizes grow to meet and exceed quotas so does the workload. Consistently inconsistent. Revenue initiatives and processes changed frequently and often do not work as expected. Previously, AE's were expected to sell to new and existing clients.
