Luckily the organizational culture is almost self aware and empathizes on the day to day struggles, just will not do anything to change it. No other raises or bonuses for consistent performances and only quarterly payouts. Industry: paper and print, so maybe that's why. Reps have been there for over 20 years so are being highlighted in sales awards which makes no sense as they have legacy accounts. Who cares?

Decent range of products, but comp is very low. Existing reps get all the top account and new ones need to carve their own in a crowded market. Best way to success is for another rep to leave so you can inherit their accounts.
