Former Employee Leadership did not engage their top performers to help develop forward thinking practices that would elevate the skills and success of sellers and managers. Leadership continued to focus on training sellers with practices that kept getting recycled--been there, done that. Leadership spent lots of time and money on replacing underperforming sellers but never focused on the underperforming managers. Constant staff reductions and restructuring left customers unhappy and not supported as they continued to move accounts from field supported to inside. Top performers and older employees (typically higher paid employees) were let go regularly outside of the annual reductions. All this led to questions about transparency and that it's all about the bottom line and not the people. Browse Other Reviews
