Good culture. Everyone is committed to working hard and selling as many accounts as possible. Newer reps will mostly be closing deals under $100k. “Eat what you kill” attitude.

In my first year the compensation plan was changed 3 times. Each with higher quota and less attainability based on not only metrics, but actual physical supplies. The most common and core supplies that businesses need were completely removed from compensation value. The SLED account manager role is a great stepping stone to begin a career in public sector sales. The OTE is a bit on the low side, but is an excellent way to build inside sales skills, especially as it relates to long, complex deals
