Early days were promising—strong enablement, clear processes, and a smart, driven team aiming to build something special. But the company tried to scale like MongoDB or Snowflake without first securing true product-market fit or brand recognition. The result: aggressive hiring followed by abrupt RIFs and instability. A cautionary tale of ambition outpacing execution.
