Former Employee Mid management is lacking quality. Especially sales leadership is all over the place, constantly shuffling territories (often meaningless changes), cant keep talented and performing reps as they change their assignements and put them in places where they cant succeed. When changes happen any reasonable conversation is not happening to amend and balance for fairness. If the rep in then underperforming, the rep gets terminated. Very weird tactic and not kuch care about people who proved their value and delivered results. Browse Other Reviews
