Current Employee2.6Feb 13, 2025Good company. Good products. Strong businesses that compliment each other.
Former Employee3.4Jun 18, 2024Great, stable company but this is no longer a “salesman’s paradise” as the sales leaders like to call it. Comp is not at the top of the market with few exceptions due to comp and territory cuts, but it’s still comfortable. Great technology for the most part and they keep making good acquisitions. Overall a good place for a rep to work.

Former Employee3.0Jul 25, 2024Stryker is a great company with decent products. Toxic team culture/leadership, misrepresentation of territory business opportunity, and stagnant product develop are reasons to stay away.
