Former Employee3.6Aug 7, 2025No base salary. All or nothing pay structure, selling capital that has a 10 year life cycle
Former Employee3.6Jul 25, 2024My overall experience was good but Stryker is cut throat. High pressure quota achieving sales. If you have a good territory you’re in a good spot but if you have a bad territory it’s hard to turn it around. Culture is work hard, play hard.

Current Employee3.9Aug 29, 2025I work for Stryker/Sage products. The competition is very strong. A deal in the hospital, especially a larger system can pay very well for a long period of time. Your products are bucketed commission wise so if one item is doing poorly you can still make money on other categories.

Current Employee3.9Oct 15, 2025Overall there can be a disconnect from corporate to the field, especially if those in the field are not the lead rep of the territory. Opportunity for growth but territories require structure in order to allow development. Very entrepreneurial role in order to differentiate yourself to push for “more”.
