Great people on the ground. Could not say enough good things about the team and the regional sales managers. Manager I cared about was pushed out, and another member of our team didn’t get the role after 12 years of high quota attainment, presidents club, etc. Stryker leadership is pushing out great reps that have been there for years. In for a rude awakening.

In the former Surgical Division , as well as the Orthopedic Instruments and Surgical Technologies Division that followed, I experienced (mostly) great leaders, great products, fair commissions, fun culture.
