I love working at stryker but currently the pay for Upper extremity varies. I do not feel that I am being payed fairly for how much business I actually bring in.

Personal experience has been positive but there is lots of variance across the company depending on manager, division, partners, upper level leadership, etc.

Great opportunity to get in with a big name. Plenty of career development paths if you can play the political game. Compensation for sales is competitive but capped, and they will split territories if you get too much business
