Current Employee Huge company with over 20 different divisions, selling to virtually all areas of the hospital. Many hires are from within and have a great associate sales program. 100% commission is part of the culture and scares a lot of people off, but we're some of the highest-paid reps in the industry. Highly competitive to get in, interview process is challenging. Current Employee My overall experience is good. Lot’s of opportunities to grow.
