Excellent company with great benefits! Huge company with good leadership and development opportunities. Can make more money at other companies, but many not as reputable and successful from year to year.

Great people on the ground. Could not say enough good things about the team and the regional sales managers. Manager I cared about was pushed out, and another member of our team didn’t get the role after 12 years of high quota attainment, presidents club, etc. Stryker leadership is pushing out great reps that have been there for years. In for a rude awakening.

Pay is great compared to many other med device companies. However you will be working for every dime.

Stryker is a great company and growing market share faster than the competition. Internally, the culture is strong, but like all industries we feel the pressure of cost-cutting (salary, hiring, etc)
