in an onsite role. I would say that they don't really care about the low level and sales rep just make us do all the work they don't want to do but we don't get paid to do the work.

There is no base salary. It is a fully commission role. Good commission structure although it gets squeezed every year. Leadership doesn’t care about you they care about 10% growth each year. The environment for a salesperson to succeed gets worse every year. Work life balance is very good.
