I'm currently on the Foot & Ankle team, covering lower extremity total joints, elective procedures, and trauma cases. I genuinely love the work—it’s an incredible company with competitive products and top-tier sales training. That said, work-life balance can be a challenge. This role is a full-on lifestyle, and to succeed, you have to be all in.

The nice thing about Stryker is you are surrounded by killers. I learned more from my fellow reps than in any other medical job I have had. Stryker is cut-throat. The standards are very high, the job requirements vary based on the division you work in, and there is no wiggle room for missing quota, regardless of territory hardships.
