There were 4 other team members let go without being given even 6 months to close a 12 month sales cycle. Literally, the director who handpicked myself and his team of 7 all started within 45 days of each other. 4 of us were let go. The others who were not let go hadn’t closed a single deal yet.

When I arrived at Sumo the Leadership and Culture was awesome. New Management was hired and it all went downhill. Great product that customers loved but it was like they wanted it to fail.

Good people, SOLID technology but there are changes that have happened leading to more changes that MAY benefit sellers. Time will tell. There is a disconnect between the executives and sellers, and often times, it seems like leadership isn't listening to the field.
