Door to door sales is hard, and Sunrun does reward those who put in the effort, even without any base pay guarantees. However, the commissions keep decreasing over time as Sunrun takes away incentives. As of late, it’s getting harder to stay here as many other opportunities have much better incentive structures and base bay
