My overall experience with Sunrun was truly amazing at the end of the day. Although door to door is a tough space and it was a cold cold market, there is a ton of room to earn uncapped commissions and grow as a salesperson. Although the culture and transparency is questionable the training here is unmatched and I learned so many valuable things.

High turnover due to information gatekeeping, territory boundaries are not enforced, immature leadership, etc... Churn and burn GTM strategy for D2D channel.
