However I do feel that from recruiting to management there’s a lot of brainwashing that happens that if you just stick with it you will make exorbitant amounts of money and the reality is there is a very small percentage of nationwide reps actually making a good earning.

Base pay is very low and lead quality has gotten worse over the years but the opportunity to make a lot is there, especially with your own referral/lead gen business. Been there for nearly 5 years.
