The role was unfortunately terminated after private equity takeover, the total department was laid off. The company now moves to a product led path thus eliminating the need for new sales hires. Compensation was good and 4x quarterly multiplier on an already generous Comms plan... Although a small percentage of the team actually achieved it

It was good overall. The accelerators were the last few years really helped compensate for the lower base. There also used to be great learning opportunities before.
