All managers care about are activity metrics. Quotas keep increasing while bookings-to-quota are decreasing. There have been many rounds of layoffs in the past 2-3 years.

A lot leadership changes once Zendesk shareholders pulled the rug on the acquisition. Naturally has an impact on culture, commitment and opportunities to grow.
