Product is outdated, CPO just quit after 9 years in the company Revenue is down year on year, the PE that purchased SurveyMonkey 2 years ago is more focused on reducing costs than boosting revenue Quotas are unrealistic for senior AEs (only SDRs and SMB AEs got to their quota in 2024) 80% of the reps I know are interviewing elsewhere and will be gone in 6 months

Favorite job of my career. I got to IPO with them and was top performer for 3 years in a row. They had 4x accelerators above 125% of quota.

Experience was great until PE took over. Less spend on development, less spent on sales development, no BDRs. SurveyMonkey is not a midmarket company, cant compete with Qualtrics and Medallia as there is product gaps.
