Could have better leadership, voices should be heard and compensated better

The company is sinking day by day. There is no net new lead inflow. The product is not market-fit or competitive with similar products. A very slow roadmap and digressing to different products are killing the momentum. The management is too sensitive to take feedback on the product and believe that the product is superior and that the AEs are inferior.
