Former Employee This was my first time entering the tech industry, overall it was an interesting experience. I hear many startup companies are very volatile and change a lot. Which is to be expected. I gave it my best, but ultimately wasn't good enough. But it gave me the skills to be better at my next opportunity. I actually became the number 1 SDR at my next company, and I learned the skills needed to perform here at Swell. Lots I would change if I were an SDR manager here, but still a good experience.
