Product is a great fit in the market, Syndigo is certainly an industry leader. Lots of leadership turnover, which results in lots of changes for comp plans and GTM strategy. Alignment between teams could use improvement as well. Overall it's a great place to work, but compensation is lower than other software companies in similar markets.

Great org to start out your tech sales career but job progression has been far from linear. I’ve done BDR, then AE responsibilities than back to BDR. Great people but pay/compensation is low and often times, commission paid out is delayed.

Overall not great but not bad. They do provide extensive training but minimal support once you are on your own. Not diverse so I felt separated from the group. Pay was okay but OTE was not obtainable unless you were top 10 of 100. Benefits were meh. Lots of micromanagement.
