Former Employee This company was horrible to work for. The culture is a toxic “good old boys club” where favoritism thrives, and merit or performance takes a back seat. Leadership was unprofessional, untrustworthy, and engaged in shady practices that made it difficult to feel secure or valued as an employee. Transparency and accountability were virtually nonexistent, and it often felt like integrity was optional. If you’re looking for a healthy, fair, and supportive workplace, this is not it.
