They went growth and they’ll pay handsomely to get it. No fighting or arguing over numbers. The goals are attainable and short term sustainable. Current Employee3.9May 13, 2025Great company, strong emphasis on training upon hire. Personal experience is of positive leadership from team level to regional. That said base comp could be better and bonus structure can deal year-long setbacks to tenured reps if they lose a large account. That has affected retention and job satisfaction.
