Current Employee Currently without a CEO - due to appointing a bozo who lasted only 11 months - it's unsure exactly what is going to happen next.
There is a vision for a futuristic product based on Agentic AI that will take the market by storm, but every organisation has the same vision currently.
Customers do seem genuinely happy with the product when it's up and running, but it's very difficult to hit target here. We have basically no channel and very few inbound marketing leads... The AE & BDR teams are required to generate everything without any modern out bounding tools, and typically we require 4-5X coverage because our sales stage progression & POV conversation rates are rather low.. it also takes years to close enterprise sized deals.
Last year, only 10% of reps hit target but it seems things are improving a little this year.. That said, as we move into Q4 no-one has hit target yet.
There are some great people here, and it's a very friendly workplace in Europe at least. I think it's fair to say 90% of the problems with this company come from the Product and lack of strategy or direction.
