I did not have a very good experience when I was at TCP Software. Shortly after I was hired, I would find out that most things I was told during the interview process were actually lies. Those things include quota attainability, ability to work remotely, and lead generation. I was hired under the old regime, but my time spent with the new regime wasn't much better.

High turnover rate in leadership (three different regimes in less than a year). Be sure to ask how many people hit quota the previous year or even quarter. Solid product, just hope you land on the right team.

TCP does not have product market fit beyond SLED. They have no differentiation against major market leaders like Workday, Oracle, ADP. The company needs to pivot to SMB/MM Commercial, and SLED only.
