TCP does not have product market fit beyond SLED. They have no differentiation against major market leaders like Workday, Oracle, ADP. The company needs to pivot to SMB/MM Commercial, and SLED only. There is no enterprise motion here. It's a grind house with no direction other than old school sales tactics. They have turned over every CRO/Sales Leader. They did a mass PIP to eliminate the ENT team. Beware of any recruitment tactics that says otherwise.

Overall experience was very poor. Toxic (a word I do not use lightly) sales environment and poor leadership stemming from the top. High turnover on sales reps and sales leadership. Also bad stories of company not paying out owed commission to reps then letting them go. the only positive I would give is the product is very solid within the public sector.
