Overall experience was very poor. Toxic (a word I do not use lightly) sales environment and poor leadership stemming from the top. High turnover on sales reps and sales leadership. Also bad stories of company not paying out owed commission to reps then letting them go. the only positive I would give is the product is very solid within the public sector.

Let's just say it's not what was advertised in interviews. There is a serious lack of direction or a mission of what we are trying to solve. Sales team is a start up. But the process changes every couple of weeks. Large TAM in sled but product does not fit commercial market. Minimum of 30 calls a day or you are on a list sent to your direct leadership. A lot of leadership turnover. At most, 5% of the sales organizations hit quota. Bad off boarding process. A lot of leadership turnover. Don’t recommend.
