I started at TEKsystems fresh out of school. It was a new learning experience recruiting software engineers for tech companies. It was a tough job getting prospects to literally switch jobs, upon which your livelihood depended. Great culture but some of the team leads and managers there were great sellers but not great at leading people. All-in-all it was a learning experience but tech recruiting, if you are looking to get into sales, is not the avenue I would recommend
