Former Employee Success was largely dependent on the accounts that were assigned to you. Lots of brown nosing and disingenuous vibes within office. Freshies were given the cold shoulder and there was not much in terms of onboarding and training. Had to burn professional LinkedIn network to try and land new relationships for business development rather than company paid leads
