My overall experience was average. While leadership does its best to value growth, the local office has an undercurrent of an insider's club. I was brought into an AM role from the outside. Traditionally, new hires are brought into a Recruiter role straight out of college. My experience was that of an "outsider" who never drank the Kool-Aid so to speak. If you have a background in staffing/agency work, this is a great company to work for. If you do not, there is a steep learning curve.

TEKsystems is a good company to get your start in sales, but the culture has changed over the years with a large portion of the employees being unhappy due to micromanagement. The compensation structure has changed for the worse and employees aren’t incentivized to want to stick around long-term.

Amazing company to start and grow a career. They don’t know what to do with their senior sellers and sales leaders to get them at par with the rest of the market.
