Former Employee In the beginning, TIBCO was fantastic. Great leaders, great commission plan, tons of support. After the merger, it went south, and very fast. Incentive compensation package was horrible, deals became harder to come by because of new management pricing expectations, plus the directive to not go after new business…solely focus on existing business price increases and expansion. The once plentiful and useful support and tools we had all dried up in a matter of months. Cost cutting from the top has ruined this once great to work for company. Wait until the pieces get sold off then consider working here as a rep.
