Low pay compared to the market, expected to know dozens and dozens of products and only 10% are actually good, SE to AE ratio is absurd, I support 10 AEs and it's too much.

My overall experience was ok. Enterprise leadership does not have enough focus around making sure sellers are successful and there were far too many reps per territory.
