Current Employee Culture has gotten much worse. Pay structure changes every 2 to 3 years and becomes more complex, making it more difficult to learn and maximize commission. Quota increases every year (as expected), but commission is based on % attainment, not total sales. Raises are very small, so large increases in quota annually yield significantly lower compensation. Most employees who have been here a long time are leaving because the culture and compensation is getting much worse. Browse Other Reviews
