My time at T-Mobile was incredibly valuable for my personal growth, but the company is beginning to cut costs and our commission is worsening. As well, personally, I have had a bad time with leadership in my market. The company is great about PTO / leave / EAP though.

SDR team was relatively new when I worked there. 1 week of training, but then individual SDR teams had different SOPs based on the team manager. Was largely up to individual SDR to set strategy.
