Not ideal - Literally zero people hit quota unless someone got pip'd/fired and you take over said person's patch. They already over hired too many reps end of last year and nobody seems to even be on track to hit quota by a longshot unless they keep firing/PIP-ing others. You rely on ppl leaving the company to get lucky and get their patch to try make any money.

It’s gotten harder to sell over the years, but deal sizes have become larger. Feels more like the feast or famine I was familiar with from my time at core salesforce. Not confident in long term trajectory of the product/ company as it is right now.
