Tableau + Salesforce is an amazing place to start ones Sales career. You will find higher base pay at other companies. Culture, benefits, 6month pat/mat leave, and ability to hit 75%> of quota keeps people around.

Went above and beyond quota every year. New leadership team is wildly out of touch and comes from greater salesforce, completely shifting the culture to a big brother bully mentality. I foresee mass exodus.
