Quotas and team vs personal attainment variables are constantly raised so they can pay us less. Not nearly as many tableau reps are hitting now.

Its a tough environment to sell in right now for a lot of firms. Overall Tableau is just becoming salesforce, very KPI driven and your ability to advance is directly tied to whether you have a good territory or not. Most of the people are pleasant to work with.
