Former Employee The product was okay, but their leadership built this sales org backwards without proper structure in place. Ramp didn’t set new hires up to win, and it was far too short for their average sales cycle length. They laid off a great number of AEs the week before Christmas even though the were closing because they didn’t know how to lead their team forward. I don’t recommend working here at all.
